Dear Parents of our Precious GGCA Students,
In response to many requests from you, we have developed a Hot Lunch Program that will provide nutritional and affordable meals for your child.
With the plan, a complete hot lunch including beverage and dessert or fruit costs only $3.50! (If purchased separately, the same meal would cost $5.00.)
You don’t have to worry about packing lunches at the last minute!
You will know that your child will be eating balanced, healthy meals. You won’t even have to worry about keeping track of the meal cards!
Here’s how the plan works:
Each month you would pre-pay for a meal card to be used during that particular month. In a typical month, there would be approximately 20 lunches at a cost to you of about $70.00. That’s a savings of $30 per month or more if purchased separately! Pre-paying means that we can plan ahead to have a meal prepared especially for your child, so a meal card will only be valid for the month it was purchased.* Unused meals will not carry into the following month, but students will have an alternate choice of a grilled cheese or peanut butter and jelly sandwich if a student doesn’t care for the meal that day.
